Sendzen was created to address the daily challenges that typical Lagosians encounter when sending and receiving packages. These issues include unreliable delivery options, vague timeframes, insufficient tracking, vague estimates, and inadequate monitoring.

Competitor products and industry standards were studied to get a better sense of what was obtainable, and leverage on the pitfalls of existing competitor products to position ours competitively in the market, and gain users acceptance.

They appreciated being able to choose from multiple delivery options and valued the real-time tracking feature, even though it was less intuitive compared to competitors. The built-in support feature was also commended for effectively addressing user concerns.
